Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing programs at Kriti Mathur. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and cancellation policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any program that you purchased with us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Kriti Mathur, Udaipur.
  • ‘Program’ refers to the membership, subscription, or courses offered for sale on the Service.
  • ‘Orders’ means a request by You to purchase a Program from Us.
  • ‘You’ means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the program, as applicable

Refund and Cancellation policy

  • Refund and cancellation policy: You understand that if you are not satisfied with the result or you do not complete/adhere to the program for any reason, fees paid for any services are non-refundable. You agree to pay the amount in advance to the consultant at the beginning of the cycle.
  • Shipping policy: There are no products to be shipped. You will receive your plan within 2 working days from the time you submit all your assessment details.
  • Transfer of membership policy: Membership/subscriptions are non-transferrable.
  • Seat block payment is non-refundable.

Refund terms

At Kriti Mathur, we are committed to providing our clients with a rewarding and enriching learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to seek a refund for the courses or programs you have purchased from us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.

 Refund Eligibility:

1.1. This refund policy applies to all courses and programs offered by Kriti Mathur.

1.2. Refunds will be considered only within the first 7 days from the date of purchase.

1.3. For offline programs, we provide no refund whether the amount is paid as advanced or full payment 

Refund Requests:

2.1. To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request within the specified 7-day period.

2.2. The request must be sent to our support team at [email protected] and include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Course or program name
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Evaluation:

3.1. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Our support team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.

3.3. Kriti Mathur reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.

Non-Refundable Items:

4.1. Enrollment fees or charges for administrative services are non-refundable.

4.2. Kriti Mathur reserves the right to designate certain courses, programs, or services as non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Refund Process:

5.1. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.


Deductions:

6.1. In case of a refund, Kriti Mathur has the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees, administrative charges, or taxes from the refund amount.

Course Completion and Refund Ineligibility:

7.1. If you have completed a significant portion of a course or program, as determined by Kriti Mathur, you may not be eligible for a refund.

7.2. Access to course materials, resources, or any other benefits associated with the course or program will be revoked upon refund approval.

Dispute Resolution:

8.1. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds, you should contact our support team for resolution.

In Situation of Dissatisfaction 

9.1 The client has to go through all the classes and attend a live session. If one is not satisfied, one can submit the request for a specific reason, and the team will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Kriti Mathur reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.
